Long day working with my manager and another 4 mile run.
Dinner tonight is a simple Greek salad. Protein packed with grilled chicken breast and chick peas. Chopped spinach, red onion, red bell, tomato, cucumber, feta. Dressing: red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, dill, thyme, salt and pepper.
